These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pph44.club ("pph44," "the Platform," "we," or "us") governing your access to and use of the pph44 website, mobile interface, games, and all related services.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any feature of pph44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any amendments or updates posted on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using pph44 and close your account.

To register and use pph44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must be accessing pph44 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pph44 complies with all applicable laws in your location.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of pph44 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• Single Account: You are permitted to maintain only one (1) pph44 account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

pph44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Registration on pph44 requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number.

As part of pph44's Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), all players must complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-issued identification (PhilSys National ID)
• Passport (Philippine or foreign, for resident aliens)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Postal ID, Voter's ID, or other government-issued photo ID

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pph44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. You must notify pph44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All financial transactions on pph44 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). pph44 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT (cryptocurrency), Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Specific limits per payment channel may vary and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pph44 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to thirty (30) minutes during banking hours. pph44 does not impose fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• GCash and Maya: typically within 3–10 minutes for verified accounts
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank): typically within 5–30 minutes during banking hours; may be longer on weekends and Philippine public holidays
• USDT: processed within 1 hour subject to blockchain confirmation times

pph44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud or money laundering is suspected. All transactions are logged and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your pph44 account constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pph44 reserves the right to suspend your account and recover any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback.

pph44 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which supplement and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.

General bonus principles applicable to all pph44 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) and eligible games will be stated in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonus wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: pph44 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings derived from bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software errors, use of prohibited betting patterns (e.g., low-risk hedging strategies), or collusion with other players.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible pph44 registered players aged 21+ who have met any applicable deposit or wagering prerequisites. pph44 may exclude specific player accounts from promotions at its discretion.

All games available on pph44 are operated in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules.

pph44's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are powered by certified software from licensed providers whose algorithms are independently audited for fairness. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pph44 and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the pph44 platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with pph44 games or systems without written authorization
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker-style games
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any pph44 software, game engine, or platform system
• Accessing pph44 on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorization
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or threatening communication with pph44 staff or other players via any platform channel

All content on pph44.club — including but not limited to the pph44 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pph44 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pph44 for personal entertainment purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, broadcast, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from pph44. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pph44 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform
• Service interruptions, outages, or delays caused by internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or scheduled maintenance
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own failure to maintain credential security
• Any financial decisions you make based on information published on pph44, which is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice

pph44's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action, regardless of the form, shall not exceed the amount of funds currently held in your active pph44 wallet balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by pph44's negligence.

pph44 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and older. pph44 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from Account Settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage their spending.
• Session Time Limits: Automated alerts notify players who have been playing for extended continuous periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from pph44 for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

pph44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Instruction or order from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than your own breach of these Terms, pph44 will return the verified balance remaining in your wallet via your registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees, within a reasonable timeframe. Balances subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be forfeited if the requirements have not been met at the time of termination.

You may voluntarily close your pph44 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect pph44's right to retain transaction records as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of pph44 shall first be submitted to pph44's internal dispute resolution process. You may contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate a formal complaint. pph44 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute is not resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators. As a last resort, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

pph44 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the pph44 website.

Your continued use of pph44 following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using pph44 and may close your account by contacting support.
